ABOUT BOBBY CLAMPETT

Though Bobby Clampett is probably best known today for his commentary on CBS, and his past work with TNT, at 3 of golf’s 4 major championships and many PGA Tour events, Bobby has developed a variety of business interests in addition to beginning his comeback of his playing career. He will turn 50 on April 22, 2010 and play on the Champion's Tour. As a father of three and step-father of two, he and his wife, Marianna, live in Raleigh, North Carolina. Bobby’s has accumulated over 4,000 flight hours as a pilot of his Piper Malibu flying to various broadcasting assignments, corporate and charity golf outings, and golf course design projects. Bobby shoots a 7 under par 65 in the 4 spot/Monday qualifier on 10/27/08 at the LPGA Legends Course to win the qualifier. He will play in the PGA Tour's Ginn sur Mer Classic October 30-November 2.
